<p> The world is controlled by the 7 major esper families. Their unique abilities allow them to order the world around as they please. Bullying and killing those weaker than them is a common occurence. </p> <p> And yet, everything begins to change with the release of new world. There is a mystical property to new world -- It is able to make esper abilities stronger. </p> <p> The weak espers who have been bullied and discriminated against finally have a chance to supplant the 7 families. Using new world, they seek to improve their esper abilities so that they may stand above all others. </p> <p> Jack Wilheim carries with him a sorrowful past.
