Necessity is the mother of all invention, but what happens when magic replaces that necessity? An engineer was killed in a firey death one day, sending him off to a strange and unknown world, full of medieval human civilizations, ones that relied more on magic than technology. Placed into a strange and foreign role, his only hope to starve off his hunger for his original home is to invent and create technology that this world has never seen the likes of, and to avoid another horrible death.

This story is more a response to all of others in the "reincarnation/transportation" genre, where the main character would usually not bother to try to implement technology or orther modern concepts from Earth to their new world. I know that there are some out there, but I've been wanting to try my own hand at this. I'm currently going for a more realistic tone for this. Because of this, a major storyline is the process. Nothing will be made out of thin air, everything is logical. On another note, due to the realistic setting, there are absolutely zero RPG elements featured.

The first "arc" (if you want to call it that) is from CH 1 through CH 12. I will admit that not much happens in this arc, but it is essential for setting up the basis for the plot. The second "arc" should be starting sometime early Janurary.

There is no set release schedule that I am keeping up with.

Some profanity is scattered throughout.

Cover image is a stock photo.
