<p>VEIL is a progression fantasy that follows the intertwining stories of Aloram and Shae, two humans brought from Earth to Veil, the real world, a world of gods, monsters, and myth for reasons unknown. Thrust into circumstances beyond their control, one desperately struggles to return home to his family and his life while the other is, for the first time, free to seize everything for his own. Their arrival to Veil and the carnage left in their wake will shake the foundations of the world and pave the way for a new and chaotic era.</p> <p>My writing style isn't for everyone, and I don't write to the audience, so to speak. I write what interests me and allow the characters to become who they reveal themselves to be. I hope you all find something worthwhile in this story as a reader, as it's a constant source of entertainment, exploration, and illumination for me as the author.</p> <p>Includes:lots of fighting, isekai, magic, character development & backstory, worldbuilding, side characters with arcs and backstories, gods, multiple races, religion, war, military, morality, and philosophy. And lots of other cool ass shit.</p> <p>First 10 chapters will be posted in quick succession, then one chapter a week, unless I feel otherwise inclined, in which case it may be more frequent.</p>
