<p>One's fate is forever changing, but that doesn't mean the end destination truly does. For many, the myriad paths of one's fate has a ripple effect as they make a choice. Some paths are better than others, but it comes down to the individual to truly make a change in their life and their fate. Many seemingly except their lot in life or follow fates path. But there is some whose fate is to struggle, to have everything thrown at them to make them fail. In these instances, most fail, but there are some that tell fate to fuck off and surpass their own fate. Their fate changes so much that it breaks their paths forging new ones changing their lives forever. These are called Fate Breakers.</p> <p>A child is born, but when the baby's fate is explored it reveals paths that leave the mother unhappy. All paths lead to her dissatisfaction, none fit what she had expected or wanted for herself or the child. In the Heartstone kingdom, a mother finds a path and makes a choice, and the ripples from that choice will be felt.</p> <p>Our story follows Zerine, growing up in a world of magic that holds many adventures, mysteries, and dangers. Will she be able to reach her dreams to one day follow in the steps of her mother? Can she break fates set path for her and forge a new one; or will she prevail to only fall short just like nearly all of those would-be fate breakers before her?</p> <p>Author Notes and Lore drop:</p> <p>- This story will start out slow. The first few chapters will be Zerine's childhood. There will be lots of world building, magic, fighting, training, and yes adventures followed by yet more fighting and progression.</p> <p>-There may be some litRPG-like parts to this, but it is not the main focus.</p> <p>- My goal is to upload one-three chapters a week depending on how well my editing goes, the length will vary was well. I will add that I may miss some things here or there editing wise and am open to suggestions or fixes I missed.</p> <p>- One more thing, this book is actually part of a far larger multiverse I have been writing off and on since COVID lock down so even when this series ends there will be more...hopefully...if everything works out.</p> <p>- schedule(ish)</p> <p>- release goals: Mon, Wed, Fri 12pm US est</p> <p>- off days: weekends</p> <p>Lore drop: To help obtain magical spells and abilities, all to awaken the soul's true potential people absorb what is called catalysts. They come in tiers, lesser, greater, superior, pinnacle, legendary, and mythical. Usually, they look like crystalized magic and come in different shapes and sizes. The appearance depends on a host of factors, but the one in the picture is a mythical catalyst...I like to call it the cosmic cube.</p>
