<p>A cryptic warning sends Aura and her closest friend, Adan, on a mission to survive. Now they must confront a dangerous new reality as well as long buried feelings. And neither of those are made any easier by another mysterious survivor who may be much more than he seems.</p> <p>Adan was a Hollywood success story at only seventeen. He had talent, money and beauty, all he could ever want. Aura, however, was wracked with insecurities and anxiety all through her short life. Despite the two of them being such opposites, they had managed to remain best friends since childhood, even through the whirlwind of his career. And now their friendship would face an even bigger test.</p> <p>First, the virus sent the entire world into lockdown, forcing the two friends to only have one another to depend on. And that was only the beginning. When Aura gets a strange warning, the two push past their doubts and head for the supposed safety of the bunker Aura's survivalist parents send her to. Here their relationship will be tested even further.</p> <p>Not only is the world falling apart around them, apocalyptically so; but now that the two of them could literally be among the last people left alive, and they really may have only each other left at all, the truth about their feelings for each other must be faced, no matter the consequences.</p> <p>Then yet another test of the strength of that relationship comes to the fore when it turns out that the two of them aren't quite as alone as they believed. The question is who this other mysterious stranger really may be and what that will mean for either of them, let alone anything or anyone else left still standing there at the end of the world.</p>
