<p>Earth First Project, an environmental non profit organisation created and patented a special sea plate in 2021.</p> <p>These plates used solarpower to generate algae growth and sunlight below it's surface to generate oxygen in the process. Over the course of a couple of years the island grew in the northern atlantic. In 2027 a unforseen incident in the Suez canal caused the container distribution between europe and asia to stagger. As they had to ship around the african continent now, the shipping companies used the Earth First Project as a distrubution and envelope harbour. The island and the Earth First Project continued to grow enourmously and took on many majour problems in the European Union.</p> <p>Soon part of their prison inmates, waste recycling and immigration problems were handled by the non profit organisation. Shortly thereafter the European Union granted them custom benefits to further the city growth and the major non profit organisation quickly transformed to become a independent ocean state.</p> <p>But who was behind the Suez incident?
