<p>The Kingdom of Zeria is infamous for its military prowess in all fields of combat. However, Zeria is rarely able to exercise its power as it has signed treaties to 4 other powerhouse nations. Although Zeria is already the largest nation amongst the 5 powerhouses, its lands are barren, mainly composed of deserts. It constantly seeks opportunities to take fertile lands from neutral districts. However these opportunities rarely, if ever present themselves by natural circumstances, so the King of Zeria devised a plot to expand the country's borders and free his people from lackage of food.
The plan was simple.
1. Send extremely powerful individuals to targeted neutral districts and have them cause chaos.
2. Zeria can then mobilize its troops and being the fastest to respond, they gain the support of the locals.
3. After defeating these individuals, the locals will then most likely agree to become part of the nation of Zeria.
The individuals of course must not be identified as Zerian agents, thus they're prisoners chosen from the most dangerous prison complex in the world, Military Prison Zexar. The prisoners are ranked from E5 to A0 with A0 (System also used in Adventure guilds). G5 being the lowest of the low, such as simple bread thieves or gutless graffitists and A0 being the most outrageous individuals ever known to man, ranging from Evil Elementalists to Sinful Swordmasters. </p>
