Beyond that, she didn't have much of a life other than reading and videogames... until she died, anyway.Being a biologist, Cas was well acquainted with death. Everything died, after all, and she'd never been one to delude herself into thinking otherwise. In fact, she sort of relished the standard. She was never keen about rebirth, and if she were to get a second chance at life, she wouldn't have minded being something mundane. No ultimate power or subscription harems for her, Cas was quite content to be snuck away in some mundane place, and doing good work despite that.Still, she got more than she'd bargained for: waking up as - of all things - a slime!</p>
