In this pivotal moment, the question looms: Will these dire circumstances be the catalyst for her cherished liberation, or will the unforgiving majesty of the mountainous realm, her kin's ancestral abode, sever her legend before it takes root?</p> <p>Okay, this is my first original fic after two fanfictions so I hope you'll bear with me, I try to get better and I hope for constructive criticism as I know I'm far from how good I could be.</p> <p>Disclaimers:</p> <p>-> English is not my first language and this made it so that my writing sometimes mixes American and British English, I try to stick to American most of the time but I just can't bear looking at words like 'leaped' in my notes when I could have written 'lleapt'.</p> <p>-> I'm not sure where this will go in the long run, I have a roadmap but it's far from good or fully mapped out.</p> <p>-> I might go back and edit previous chapters based on later revisions or criticism I think has merit to it.</p> <p>->The world should be as close to Magical Realism as I could get it while leaving room for some mystery.</p> <p>-> With this fic I'm breaking out of my 'world builder's sickness' and finally making the weeks I spent on the world worth it(I hope).</p> <p>-> No System, (there are levels but it's an indication of the amount of 'energy' inside a person and not the reason for it, and neither does it give Skills or whatnot).</p> <p>-> Romance: maybe? I'm not sure what it'll be but it might just be some flings or a single relationship but what I'm sure of is that there'll never be a harem( I hate harems with passion ).</p> <p>-> Updates: I'll try to keep it somewhat consistent but I can't make promises. All chapters will be 3000 words or more though if that's any help.</p> <p>-> I love the magic system I made, it might be a bit convoluted but I think it makes sense, I will be focusing on it quite heavily in the story.</p> <p>-> The 'AI Assisted Content' warning means: 'there might be some negligible amounts of snippets generated by AI. I sometimes run sentences by Chat GPT to get ideas for how to reword it or I also used it to generate some of the names in the world.</p> <p>-> Last Disclaimer: The MC is and Elf, she is genetically different from a human. Elves are not just long-lived humans with pointed ears, they are different in instincts, manners, and life styles so please don't make me read 'I wouldn't have don that in her position.'
