<p>I didn't have much going on in my life. Alright, I had nothing going on in my life. Just building models in my cheap apartment. I was always good at that, building things, working with my hands. Then wouldn't you know it... No sooner than I find a night shift job within walking distance of what passed for 'home' than I'm summoned to another world.</p> <p>Lucky me, right? Chosen one! Hero of the people! I'll get me a bunch of...aww no. You know what I got summoned for? How I got summoned? Some panicky people who were working with a toxic chemical spill phrased their request from the machine 'badly' it summoned me to... you guessed it...</p> <p>Clean up their goddamn mess. I wasn't the chosen one. I was their impromptu biohazard janitor...and... because of 'how' they made their request... I'm not only no longer human, having been turned into a nine tailed kitsune... I'm no longer even a 'man'.</p> <p>What a way to start. On the upside, because I wasn't some 'chosen one' I had a lot of choices open to me, and I wasn't about to miss out.</p> <p>This is the story of those choices, made in the steampunk fantasy world of Manami, told through my own eyes.</p>
