<p>21 years after the third World War, the world has reversed in a seemingly stable state of peace. But buried deep under that foundation of lies, problems of discrimination, violence and corruption can be seen. To fix those, the "Kaizen Academy" was founded, which has the goal of creating future soldiers that shall bring back true peace.</p> <p>Kawakami Rei is one of the lucky people that got accepted into the academy, and will now have to overcome various problems, meet unique people and shoulder the burden of a country's future.</p>
