<p> A young man who had lost everything is held back by his many regrets in life. One of which was the deterioration of his treasured relationships during his high school years. But one day he coincidentally meets those friends during a stroll to the convenience store. Debating whether he should go up to them and reconcile, he eventually rejected the notion of doing so as his emotions got the better of him. </p> <p> </p> <p> Before turning away and heading the other direction he gets a glimpse of a speeding truck down the street. A heist gone wrong, he had heard the news that crime rates were increasing. The vehicle was in a direct trajectory towards his old friends, he tried to get their attention but wasn't able to mutter any words. Lives were at stake here yet and he worried about their opinions of him. Before he could say anything his body started moving on its own to save them. </p> <p> </p> <p> Unfortunately he was too late and he got caught in the mess as well, before he knew it everything was turning black. Hearing the shouts of first responders in between strange crying. He was fading in and out. Until everything was finally black, but now those cries had grown louder. Unable to recall his last moments. When he finally opened his eyes, he was greeted by a fearsome creature, a dragon was before him. He had awoken in a new world, as an infant. What awaits him in this new world of magic? Given a chance to not be held back by the mistakes of his early years. This is a story of redemption, growth, and acceptance. </p> <p> </p> <p> Disclaimer: This story has influences from many mediums, there will be similar concepts to existing ones. However, this entire story will be of my own creation. All characters and events are written by myself. </p>
