Blurb

Bezrick Greyblood is a young man with the memories of two people from two different lives. His noble family is degrading, his blessing was useless, and everyone he loved has either died or betrayed him.

He is alone.

Now Bezrick has to move. He has to find meaning and purpose and discover the wonders and horrors of magic. Tales of demons, gods, monsters, growth, adventure, and a little amount of sadness.

Now let us talk about the author.

My strengths?

Character. I like to think you can get a good grasp on my characters within the chapters they are introduced. I like writing from archetypes and adding my own twist to them and making them feel alive. Think of One Piece with the character interactions, which is a very high bar to set but that's what I'm going for.

My weakness?

Description. I sometimes fail to paint the surroundings because I'm so caught up in the thought process of the characters, but I'm working on improving that.

Tone of the Story

The tone will be a mix of slice of life with a conflict for every arch. It's a bit boring in the beginning because I only have the main character by himself, but that'll soon change and things do start to pick up.

Give it a try.

Or not.

Really it's your choice but I would prefer if you clicked on chapter one.

Here's a snippet:

What happens after death? It was a question Bezrick had asked himself a number of times. Once during his grandfather's funeral, another time during the old king's passing. It was just a thing every human asked, an occasional confronting of their mortality. No one really knew the answer, well maybe the gods did but if they knew they weren't telling anyone, the tight-lipped bastards.

But today was different because Bezrick knew.
