Sometimes In the world wishes are granted depending on what they are. These wishes can vary from simply wanting power to wanting to start a new life. Maeno is a 17 year old teenager who hates the world around him. Claiming all of the world is filled with fake people because he was once hurt by a person pretending to be his friend which caused him to develope trust issues. He is the most popular kid but just because he is popular doesn't mean he is happy with his life. He makes a wish to be in a place without the fake friends that follow him around and finds himself transported. to a different world. Maeno takes this as a sign of his freedom and decides to make the most out of life here. He finds himself partnered with another person from his school name Ritsuko and a couple other friends and decides he will take his time and work to make sure his life doesn't end up like last time. How is he going to do that though when he is constantly being bothered by this new world's problems?

A rumor gets out saying that gods are real one day and killing one can not only grant you any wish, but also will give you the powers of a god. Along with the gods comes magic Many guilds start forming to kill the gods. These guilds are called Subjugation Parties. Maeno is a 17 year old who is curious about the world. He sets off into the world to try and learn magic. He finds that he has a knack for magic so decides to become a Summoner. Ritsuko a friend of his in the village who had gotten some training in swordsman ship decides to set off along with Maeno on his journey. Upon hearing that killing gods can grant powers he sets out in search for them. He decides that unlike any other guild groups he will make his own and will protect the gods from ruin.
