<p>Synopsis:</p> <p>The chaos across the Great Plane is spreading, fueled by the discovery that the highest realm of power– the Ultimate Rank, is an entrapment mechanism designed by the all-pervasive World Spirit.</p> <p>Stuck within its inescapable scheme, it is becoming increasingly difficult to differentiate between the heroes of history and the fiends of the era.</p> <p>Amidst the spread of disorder, one long-forgotten mage is revived in a corner of the world, successfully cheating his way out of the World Spirit's grasp. He's still the same man, with the same goal as every Ultimate Rank creature throughout the Great Plane--</p> <p>To break past the World Spirit's shackles.</p> <p>Unlike them, though, he has a plan.</p> <p>Note: The story is primarily focused on three aspects: Power-progression, politics, and slice-of-life-themed romance. My strongest suit is crafting twists and multi-layered mysteries, so expect a lot of these after the introductory arc.</p>
