<p>The Raoin Sea is not a safe place. The Qisin Empire lays dismembered, and the claimants to its throne are too busy fighting each other to care about the pirates, demons, and foul magic users that roam the waves. Aven, the son of a renowned thief, is on a mission to fulfill his late mother's last wish. He joins with the notorious pirate captain, Headless Bill, sailing into Chanan Harbor to break into a magistrate's safe. When the job goes south, they must scramble to claim the loot as other forces try to take the prize.
