Emie Mercer was one of several billion that survived the apocalypse. As far as world-changing events went, it had been remarkably tame. Unfortunately, the rest of her family hadn't been so lucky. More than a decade later, Emie manages to create a formation that relies on her Time and Space affinities to return her consciousness to the past. When she arrives nearly four years earlier than expected, Emie realizes that she has a unique opportunity to prepare and train for what is coming. Not only can she improve her own skills, but she also has the chance to help others along the way - even if they have no idea.

Join Emie as she explores the game 'Atlas Online' in the way it was meant to be used - as a primer for the coming apocalypse.

NOTE: The MC is not crazy OP in this series (though she has the potential to be), she does not know everything, she makes mistakes and becomes short-sighted occasionally... like a real person. I try to make her realistic without going over the top, but some readers seem to expect her to show up with all of her abilities intact, blowing through everything and not caring about who might be watching. If you are looking for a story like that... this one probably won't satisfy you. It's a bit of a slow-burn as she figures things out and adjusts to returning to the past.

There is minor profanity, but nothing really major. I went ahead and tagged it though, since some people find one or two words excessive.

I added the Gore tag because there are references to bodies and such... while I don't consider this to fall under the definition given of 'gore', the rules for writers listed on the site reads as if any description of blood or violence would count...

Same thing for traumatizing content. There are a couple of times where I illude to something traumatizing, but no descriptions of said actions. I do use harsh words sometimes instead of sticking to the softer, more PC options, but I have reasons behind it. Also, racism is considered traumatizing? My first interlude features an old elf that looks down on all other races... so... in that tag goes as well!

*This is the rewrite of my story Atlas Online*
