<p>City Arc Synopsis:</p> <p>A battle has waged for years until it came to a halt, and it left the [Fire Elementalist] wounded and deeply hurt. Knowing he had no strength to fight in the coming battle, the [Fire Elementalist] and his people escaped into a faraway land.</p> <p>Creating a city bound by a circular wall to keep his people safe from the outside world, the [Fire Elementalist] will strengthen his men for the battle that will soon wage once more. With so much land at their hands provided by the [Fire Elementalist], the people continued expanding the city.</p> <p>However, the time for the [Fire Elementalist] has come. As a result of his wounded body and his broken vessel, he will wane and end his reign. But before vanishing, he told his people that he would be reborn – an infant from a mother's womb to a once-more, lord of all. And as soon as he gains his sovereign power, he will destroy the wall he built and continue what he started.</p> <p>But as the [Fire Elementalist] left his people, many began to grow wicked and corrupt. Knowing there was no higher power to stop them, a group of people grew stronger than ever before. There was a great division in society, and because the wall the [Fire Elementalist] created was almost impossible to escape, only death awaited them from their own people. Fire ruled the city – power above all else. Voices can't convince the hands of strong men who can kill.</p> <p>When the [Fire Elementalist] returns as a child, he must survive the wicked men who are hunting him to gain all sovereignty over him.
