Synopsis: Three catastrophes hit the Kingdom of Danalau at nearly the same time, ending an era of relative peace and prosperity, but Adrea has her own tragedy to deal with. Following the destruction of her village at the claws of demonic beasts, she and her adopted sister must find a way to survive, in a world that doesn't yet understand what hit it.

Fantasy aspects: Magic exists, but is *generally* quite limited in scale. It is also not "gamified" (no levels, no explicit stats, no system).

Themes: Most grand events will happen in the background. Both Adrea and her sister are in some ways overpowered, but have significant vulnerabilities that they will have to overcome.

Style: The story is centered around the two MCs, but different PoVs are to be expected. The writing style will vary throughout the story, depending what is happening, which characters are in focus, and my own progression as a writer.

Updates: Whenever I feel like it, essentially. I will attempt to publish one chapter per week, but knowing myself, I cannot commit to any sort of schedule, and I'd rather not promise something that I cannot deliver. Chapters will likely be pretty short (1500~3000 words), and will be published at the speed at which they are written.

Additional notes: This will be the first fiction that I put to "paper". It is going to be a somewhat experimental work for me until I figure out what my own style is supposed to be like, so expect some inconsistencies, and potentially rewrites. I can't even say for certain that I will be able to follow through on the intentions stated above. I have a general idea about where I want this story to go, but intermediate details are vague. Read at the risk of being disappointed. Constructive feedback is of course appreciated, and, in case it becomes obvious that I missed some tags, please let me know.
