<p>Strange jewels fall from the sky and bestow strange and amazing powers on those they hit.</p> <p>Rob Scarlatto is the invincible head of an organization set on collecting the jewels from their new hosts while under the guise of being a Fighting Force dedicated to protecting the innocent from their unknown, dangerous powers.
