The gods are real and incorporated. Providence is a profitable global monopoly.

But its chief executive is a corrupt authoritarian, the combined might of the divine powers is ignoring humanity's problems, and Helpdesk service is, frankly, terrible. In this corporate fantasy, it's up to history's most maligned immortals to step up and sort things out.

 IMPORTANT UPDATE - 16 MARCH 2020

If you've been with me for a while, you may notice some familiar content coming out over the next month. On the suggestion of several smart people, I'm splitting my long chapters (which earlier ranged from 6,500-10,000 words) into more digestable chunks.

 Why is this happening?

In a word, promotion. There's an established strategy for success on Royal Road, and, not knowing any better, I did it wrong on the first try. It happens. We learn, we adjust, we improve.

How will this impact existing readers?

Over the next month, the old lengthy chapters will be deleted and replaced with shorter ones. The content will be the same - there will just be more chapters. We're still looking at around 2,500 words per chapter on average. Nothing too crazy.

Will you be waiting longer for new content?

No, not at all! I've been steadily writing at the same pace as always, and the next chapter is still due to come out mid-April. In fact, I should have two or three brand new chapters ready by then at the new length. One is already scheduled in. ;) Expect the change to mean I can release new content more frequently.

Times are tough out there. Take care and keep yourself and those around you safe. - Csuite
