Elder Todd is called on a full-time Mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of latter-day Saints, known by some as "Mormons." He was 18 years old when he put in the request, and received the call.

Coming to grips with the fact that he has to leave his home state, videogames, job, friends, family, time to himself, and most of all his girlfriend back at home for two whole years, he willingly packs two suitcases full of clothes, prepares by setting his affairs straight and then departs.

As soon as the time had come to leave his home state of UTAH, he leaves to the place he is called to serve, the TEXAS Mission. He thought he was prepared. The unthinkable happens at the start of his mission service, right when he thinks he has this mission stuff down, THE APOCALYPSE BEGINS. But it wasn't the way he thought it would happen. When the bible mentioned dragons and six headed beasts coming in the "last days before Jesus comes again to be king" everyone thought it was figurative. APPARENTLY NOT.

As the world spins into turmoil, his church frantically contacts his mission president to give him and all the other missionaries the following message: "ELDER TODD, YOUR MISSION HAS BEEN EXTENDED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE. JESUS IS COMING SOON, PREPARE THE WORLD FOR HIM. SERVE OTHERS, SLAY MONSTERS, SHARE THE GOSPEL, LEVEL UP, MOST IMPORTANTLY, KEEP THE CHURCH TOGETHER AND HELP THE MEMBERS STAY ALIVE BY DESTROYING THE DEVILS DUNGEONS."
