When Jeb gets his first Class, he is expecting to become a Farmer like the rest of his family. Instead, the Paragons tell him that not only will he become a great Mage, but that he will slay a monstrous dragon. Faced with the choice between giving up the life he's always known or rejecting the call to save the world, Jeb makes the only choice he can.
