The stations provide hope to the countless inhabitants of Proelium, offering magic and powers, but they also provide something else. Death. A planet formed by a pantheon of gods millions of years ago to serve a single purpose above all else. Endless conflict.
The mix of species, creatures, and monsters of magic and technology bring constant strife to the landscape. Those who participate in the never ending wars find themselves showered in rewards but the risk of death, injury, or enslavement is overwhelming. The only constant is no one is truly invincible. The stations give powerful gifts but immortality is a myth of legend many seek and never find. Not even the greatest healers can bring back the dead. Sure, liches and necromancers can be found, but the soul, once departed, makes corpses nothing more than empty shells.
Nick Solis, a grumpy college student, is sent to Proelium by Hez, the Goddess of Trade and Merchants. He is given a skill never before seen in the millions of years since Proelium's creation. A skill that gives him an advantage. Insignificant at first but has enormous potential. And with that potential and no small amount of luck and work comes a chance for Nick to create a lasting legacy.

This story is meant to be a slow burn with a lot of world building and slow exploration of a unique support skill. It has some lite LitRPG elements but is not focused on leveling but rather on the motivations driven by the magical station infrastructure. It is primarily inspired by Arena Manager.
The chapters are being written in real-time and there is no release schedule at this time. I will make edits of previously released chapters to address inconsistencies or plot holes if necessary and am open to feedback and comments on such issues.
Note: I've been experimenting with AI to help generate some ideas and content that is provided by the station infrastructure that is a core part of this story.
