What happens to a guy from our world who finds himself in a world of magic? Eli is just trying to survive and hopefully thrive, though it's more moving from one crisis to another. Sure, this might be another cookie-cutter portal (Isekai) fantasy story - I'll let the reader decide. I can only hope that my slight spin is entertaining as our protagonist stumbles across blood cultists interested in human sacrifice, bandits in haunted woods, and eventually a confrontation with a demon.
