A young slave, punished and imprisoned in a dungeon for a crime she didn't commit, meets a strange person in the cell next to hers. That person's name is Clovis, former King of Nanea and God of War. The current king, King Beolagh, has turned a once great kingdom into ruins, a mere shadow of its former glory.

Together with a healer, an assassin, a freed slave and a girl with mysterious connections to the rumored demons, they will go on a journey to take back the kingdom and restore it to the paradise it once was, even if they have to make enemies of the other gods to do it.

With demons escaping, humans fighting and gods intervening, will they be able to create paradise once more? Or will the mysterious figure pulling the strings destroy everything?
