History records Axelus "Axel" Caste Skyfall, the heretic and the leader of Blood Seraph. Their goals: Causing chaos, robbing, pillaging, and last but not least; learning unholy power. The Holy Kingdom of Xatican endeavored to stop Axel Skyfall but they were all too late. Axel Skyfall gained the power he desired. Axel, began murdering innocents including Cardinal Johanes' daughter-in-law, Maria Elsabeth. The Holy Kingdom, under the authority of Ark Bishop Matthias Xandor Dietrich sent his 12 Holy Warriors to stop Axel and his army. The 12 Holy Warriors won against Axel's army but they all failed and slain by Axel.

The Ark Bishop then faced againts Axel Skyfall. The Ark Bishop was defeated but weakened Axel's power. Axel was then defeated by Matthias' last holy warrior Vixon Wildrow. The warrior then crowned as The Emperor. He led the Western Land and the lesser kingdoms prosperous and wealthy.

Someday, a witch wrote a record "Verum Satanae" containing biography of Axel Skyfall. It was stated that Axel Skyfall was not a daemon and Matthias without The Holy Kingdom ever knowing, corrupted by The Old God, Ialdabaoth.

Axel knew the truth and tried to stop Matthias. But he was granted a title of heretic instead and cursed by Ialdabaoth with The Mark of Cain. Axel was then hunted by villain and hero; angel and daemon; living and dead.

Axel unlocked his unholy power, but it wasn't used for evil. Axel and Blood Seraph fought against the cult manipulated by Matthias, "Children of Ascension". Axel lost his friends and even his beloved, Maria.

One day, Vixon Wildrow and the witch who wrote Verum Satanae, Luxianne Verrae Serafell teamed with Axel to fight against Matthias and won. Axel sacrificed his life. Seeing this as an opportunity, Vixon betrayed everyone. The witch dedicated her life writing the truth. The Empire banned the record saying it was made-up to make Axel Skyfall seen like a hero. Verum Satanae was treated simply as a hoax to make Axel a hero.
