The Odds of Diwana tells the journey of Hirayon, an unfortunate boy who encountered the oddities of life and found himself in the middle of profound mysteries, both within his world and intertwined with his very existence.

Though young, Hirayon had gained exceptional elemental abilities, granting him the capability to withstand and navigate any trials. Yet, it is precisely these powers that push him into peril and unveil the hidden realms that exist outside his own, shedding light on imminent threats and looming cataclysmic destruction.

This fantasy story includes elemental abilities, artificial intelligence, elemental beasts, sci-fi, and more. As we embark on the first arc, "The White Arena," it will involve a lot of experimentation, training, matches, and challenging games.

~~~~~
TEASER
Smoke, explosions, and black skies. Those three define the world in front of Hirayon. Gone was the usual blue cloudy sky with the fresh, clean breeze that brings tranquility and peace. It was replaced with polluted air and ashen streets. He could smell a putrid stench mixed with the metallic scent of blood. Everywhere he looked was shattered, looking forsaken. The people are gone, dead, lying on the roads. Their bodies were mutilated, savagely ripped apart, with their parts sprawled and hanged anywhere they could be.
Chaos. Annihilation. It was no longer a world in which oddity could live.
Anxiety and panic engulfed Hirayon's system. He could hear his heart beating faster by the second and his breathing quickening every time he saw a corpse. His entire body sent him alarms, and his mind was filled with questions and worries.
With a weak, small step, Hirayon pushed his legs to move. He walked, observing his surroundings until he was frantically running, looking for anyone who could give him answers. The last thing he remembered was diving in the waters, and the next thing he knew, he was in a forsaken world. A sad, hopeless place different from the world in which he lived.
'What the hell is happening?! Where am I?'
He quickly passed through the streets, searching for any signs of life, but all he found were dead bodies and remaining debris from where the buildings used to be.
Hirayon frustratedly ran his hands over his face and tried to calm his still restless nerves. He continued to search with his eyes, but it was all useless. There was no one alive. It was a world that had burned off all signs of life and had faced an entire demise.
~~~~~

+ SLOW START

+ SYSTEM STATS WILL NOT APPEAR IMMEDIATELY

+ YOUNG TO ADULT PROTAGONIST

+ EDITING CHAPTER 4 - 10

~~~~~
[participant in the Royal Road Writathon challenge]
STORY PROGRESS
Chapter 1-20: The World of Diwana (The Beginning and World Building)
Chapter 21-80: The White Arena (First Arc and Ordeal)
~~~~~

Here are the things you must remember before, during, and after reading this story.

1.
