Update: I had far more to do at work than I expected, but now it has finally begun to get back to normal. I recommend everyone to read the story from scratch. It isn't terribly long anyway, I think you guys will manage.

Story wise it isn't that different (yet), but I have done some changes to the how and why characters are introduced, and also some changes to the actual characters, including the MC. I have always been a fan of the narration that is present in the Satanic Verses , and when I recently read Grapes of Wroth , which have a (kind of) similar narration, I felt that I definitely wanted some of that. Regarding changes to the plot, it will mostly stay the same as before, only less shitty. I hope.

I will update one chapter every sunday, until all the chapters have been rewritten. In other words: don't expect new chapters for quite some time.

* * *

And for those of you who are new readers, here is a short summary of what this story is about:

A girl's life ends unexpectedly early, or so it would seem. Instead of eternal nothingness, she wakes up in an empty valley with no clue how she got there. Taking her predicament in stride, she sets about to do something about it.

The story starts out smelling of fantasy but will eventually shift towards sci-fi. It contains some supernatural elements and has a strong lead, but it is not your usual power trip. Expect a story that takes its time, but not to the point where entire chapters are spent on mindless chit-chat. I'm not into that.
